What Can I Do in Settings

The Settings section allows you to configure your organization in LobbyFix.

From here you can:

Edit your organization’s logo, name, and address (not necessarily your tax address).
Set the language and time zone.
Add custom fields to your visitor forms.
See who created the account.
Assign or change the default administrator.

You can add more information to create a professional and welcoming experience for your visitors:

Building address: Helps visitors easily find your location.
Building photo: Allows guests to quickly recognize the venue.
Google Maps link: Provides direct navigation guidance.
Personalized welcome message: Make visitors feel welcome as soon as they receive the Invite.
