Create/Send a QR Code from Email or Calendar App

You can generate QR codes for your visitors directly from your calendar, without logging into LobbyFix.

✅ How it works

1. Create the meeting in your calendar

Schedule the meeting as you normally do in your email provider (Outlook, Apple, Google, or Yahoo).
2. Add LobbyFix as an attendee

In the attendees field, add qr@lobbyfix.com along with the other guests.
3. Done

LobbyFix will automatically generate an Invite with an individual QR code for all participants of that meeting.

💡 Important considerations

• Compatible providers: Outlook/Microsoft, Apple, Google, and Yahoo.
• Registered email: Make sure the email address you use to create the meeting is the same one used in your LobbyFix account.
