Visitor Contact – What if I don’t have their WhatsApp or Email?

When creating an Invite, you can add a visitor’s contact information (email or WhatsApp) so they receive the invitation with their QR code directly, saving time.


What if I don’t have the visitor’s WhatsApp or email?


If you don’t have the visitor’s contact details, there are two options to generate their QR code:

  1. Enable the option to "Create a pre-registration link"
  2. Generate the QR code using your own email address and share it with the visitor through another channel



When you enable this option, a link is generated after completing the Invite. You can send this link to your visitors. Through the link, they can enter their own email and/or WhatsApp to generate their personal QR code for the visit.


You can always check the Invite created to see which visitors have signed in using the link.


2. Use your own email address


If you don’t have the visitor’s contact, you can use your own email address by adding a plus sign (+) and the visitor’s name (without spaces) before the @.


Example:

If your email is: support@lobbyfix.com

Visitor Name

Email Address Example

Julia Park

support+juliapark@lobbyfix.com

Andy Martinez

support+andymartinez@lobbyfix.com


This way, visitors can be registered under the Invite, and invitations will be sent to your own email.
