Plans for Tenants

Companies (tenants) that you add to your LobbyFix account can use either a Basic Plan or a Direct/Centralized Plan.

📋 What does the Basic Plan (free) allow?

A tenant company with the Basic Plan can:

• Add users and collaborators to its company account.
• Create QR code Invites for its visitors.
• Approve or deny visitor access.

If a tenant needs more features, it can upgrade to a Direct or Centralized Plan.

🚀 What does the Direct/Centralized Plan allow?

With the Direct/Centralized Plan, tenant companies can:

• Personalize their account settings.
• View and generate reports for their own visits.

💳 Who pays for the Direct/Centralized Plan?

• Building administrator: Can purchase the Centralized Plan for its tenant companies in the Companies > Manage Plans section.
• Tenant companies: Can purchase the Direct Plan themselves from their own accounts.
