LobbyFix lets you customize the Invites you send to your guests, creating a more professional experience aligned with your needs.


There are two levels of customization: account level settings (applied to all Invites sent from your account) and invite level settings (applied to a particular Invite/event).


⚙️ Account Customization Settings


These settings affect all Invites sent from your LobbyFix account. You can configure them in Settings > Additional Information.


What can you customize at account level?


  1. Invitation/QR image

Add an image to help your guests identify the company, venue or event.

We recommend uploading a photo of the building, your company logo, or an image related to the event.

  1. Venue address

Include the exact address of the venue. This helps guests find the location without issues.

  1. Google Maps link

Add a direct Google Maps link with the venue address. Guests can access it from the Invite to get precise directions and navigate easily.

  1. Welcome message or instructions

Personalize a welcome message for your guests.

Include specific instructions, such as where to go upon arrival or documents they should bring.

Add extra details like access points or contact numbers for support.

These options are available when creating an Invite and apply only to that specific event.


What can you customize per Invite?

  1. Purpose, subject, and times

Define the event type (meeting, visit, interview, etc.).

Add a clear subject line for your guests.

Set the start and end dates/times.

  1. Event-specific logo

Upload a custom logo for that particular Invite. Useful for special events or different branding.

  1. Event location

Specify the exact meeting point, such as:

    • Conference Room A
    • Main Reception
    • Auditorium
  1. Additional information

Add extra details about the appointment, such as:

    • Required documentation
    • Organizer’s contact
    • Notes to facilitate check-in


❓ Frequently Asked Questions


1. What if I don’t configure the Invite-specific options?

If you don’t customize the logo, subject, or location for an Invite, only the general settings from your account will be used.


2. Are logos and images sent in WhatsApp Invites?

No. WhatsApp Invites include only the QR code, text and any instructions you’ve added, not images.
