How to Check-in a Visitor with an Invite

You can scan a LobbyFix QR code with any camera-enabled device (phone, tablet, laptop, computer, or webcam) connected to the internet.

My visitor has a LobbyFix Invite with QR code. How do I scan it?

Visitor check-ins are managed from the Activity section of your LobbyFix account.

1. Go to panel.lobbyfix.com, or use the Android app.
2. On the Today's visitors panel, select Check-in.
3. Click Quick QR registration.
4. Point your device’s camera at the visitor’s QR code.
5. Confirm the check-in.

💡 To speed up the process, you can enable Auto-approval and Auto-check-in.
