• Encryption in transit & at rest: All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored using industry-standard encryption to help prevent unauthorized access.
• Secure, certified infrastructure: Data is hosted in data centers that follow internationally recognized security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Backups & redundancy: We perform periodic backups to prevent data loss and support service continuity.

👥 Access Control

• Users & roles: Permissions are scoped by role (Administrator, Host, Staff, etc.) so each user only sees what they need.
• Audit trail: We keep detailed logs of access and actions for audit and accountability.

📄 Visitor Data Security

• Data minimization: We only request the information needed to manage visitor access.
• Retention control: Admins can configure retention and deletion policies to meet internal or legal requirements. LobbyFix retains visitor logs for up to 5 years; shorter retention can be configured if needed.
• Confidentiality: Visitor information is available only to authorized users and is not shared with third parties without consent.

📧 Secure Notifications

• Trusted channels: Notifications (email, WhatsApp, and integrations like Slack/Microsoft Teams) are sent over encrypted channels.
• Anti-spoofing safeguards: All links and QR codes include measures to reduce fraud and prevent unauthorized access.
