Create an Invite with a QR Code

LobbyFix lets you create QR code Invites from the Invites section, either from the web or the mobile app.

✅ Steps to create an Invite from “Invites”

1. Go to the Invites section.
2. Complete the meeting details: date, time, and location.
3. Add the name and email or WhatsApp of your guests (optional), or save the Invite and share the link.

📩 How guests receive their QR code

• Guests will receive their QR code through the method you selected (email or WhatsApp).
• QR codes can be used for both check-in and check-out.
• They remain valid for the duration of the event, with a 1-hour tolerance before and after.

⚙️ Note on sending Invites

If you disable the “Send invites” option when creating the Invite, QR codes will still be generated but not sent.

You can download them and share with your guests manually.
