# What Is the Plan Expiration Date? Is There a Contract Term?

When you choose a LobbyFix plan, we charge your card upfront for the number of visitor check-ins included. Your **billing cycle lasts 30 days**, and the renewal happens automatically each month on the same date.

If you ever forget your renewal date, you can check it anytime in the **Billing section** of your control panel.

### ⏳ Is there a mandatory contract term?

No. With LobbyFix, there are **no forced commitments**. You can:

* **Change your plan** at any time if your needs change.
* **Cancel the service** whenever you decide, without penalties.
