What Happens If There’s a Payment Error
If we’re unable to charge your card, LobbyFix will make a second attempt. You’ll be notified of both attempts by email.
- If the second attempt also fails, you’ll need to add a new payment method in the Payments section of your account.
- During this period, you’ll still be able to log into your account, but you won’t be able to check-in visitors.
- Your plan will reactivate automatically as soon as your payment is processed.

LobbyFix accepts credit and debit cards as valid payment methods.
⚡ How long does reactivation take?
Reactivation is immediate once your payment is processed. You can continue registering visitor check-ins without any delay.
