# Visitor Logs and Reports

Checking visitor logs and creating reports in LobbyFix is simple. **Reports** give you useful insights about your visitors and the quality of the check-in process.

### ✅ Steps to generate a report

1. Go to the **Reports** section.
2. Apply filters to create a more specific report. You can filter by:
    * Date and time range
    * Host
    * Visitor name
    * Check-in or check-out status
3. Click **Generate report** to view the results.
4. Download the report to save it, share it, or analyze it offline.
