# User Roles

In the **Team** section of LobbyFix, you can add different types of users to your account. There are 3 main user roles:

### 👤 Host

* Can send **QR code Invites** to their guests.
* Can **approve or deny** visitor access.
* Works through **WhatsApp, the mobile app, or email**.
| Example: Employees or residents.

### 🛎️ Receptionist

* Includes all Host permissions.
* Can also **register visitor check-ins and check-outs**.
* Receives **notifications for all visits in the building**.
| **Example:** Receptionists, security guards, or doormen.

### 🛠️ Administrator

* Includes all Host and Reception permissions.
* Can also:
    * Check-in visitors
    * Create access passes
    * View reports
    * Manage billing and payments

### ⚙️ Advanced settings

You can fully **customize permissions** in Advanced Settings to define exactly what each user can or cannot do.
