User Roles
In the Team section of LobbyFix, you can add different types of users to your account. There are 3 main user roles:
👤 Host
- Can send QR code Invites to their guests.
- Can approve or deny visitor access.
- Works through WhatsApp, the mobile app, or email.
🛎️ Receptionist
- Includes all Host permissions.
- Can also register visitor check-ins and check-outs.
- Receives notifications for all visits in the building.
🛠️ Administrator
- Includes all Host and Reception permissions.
- Can also:
- Check-in visitors
- Create access passes
- View reports
- Manage billing and payments
⚙️ Advanced settings
You can fully customize permissions in Advanced Settings to define exactly what each user can or cannot do.
