User Roles

In the Team section of LobbyFix, you can add different types of users to your account. There are 3 main user roles:


👤 Host


  • Can send QR code Invites to their guests.
  • Can approve or deny visitor access.
  • Works through WhatsApp, the mobile app, or email.
Example: Employees or residents.


🛎️ Receptionist


  • Includes all Host permissions.
  • Can also register visitor check-ins and check-outs.
  • Receives notifications for all visits in the building.
Example: Receptionists, security guards, or doormen.


🛠️ Administrator


  • Includes all Host and Reception permissions.
  • Can also:
    • Check-in visitors
    • Create access passes
    • View reports
    • Manage billing and payments


⚙️ Advanced settings


You can fully customize permissions in Advanced Settings to define exactly what each user can or cannot do.
