User guide: Host

As a Host in LobbyFix, you can:

• Approve or deny access to your visitors.
• Send QR code Invites so guests can check in faster at front desk.
• Manage your visitors from WhatsApp, the LobbyFix mobile app, or email.

✉️ How to join LobbyFix as a Host

1. You’ll receive an email invitation by your account admin with a link to create your password.
2. Your email + password will be your login to LobbyFix.
3. Enter your WhatsApp number to receive notifications.
4. Confirm your name and (optional) upload a profile picture.

✅ That’s it! Your account is ready. Whenever you have a visitor, you’ll be notified via WhatsApp, email, and app.

📱 Accessing LobbyFix

• Use the web platform at: panel.lobbyfix.com.
• Log in with your email and password.

📨 How to invite a visitor (QR code Invite)

1. From the mobile app or web panel, go to the Invites section of your account.
2. Enter the meeting details (date, time, place).
3. Add your guests’ contact information (email or WhatsApp).
4. Save the Invite.

The QR code Invite will be automatically sent to your visitors via email or WhatsApp.
