# Plans for Tenants

Companies (tenants) that you add to your LobbyFix account can use either a **Basic Plan** or a **Direct/Centralized Plan**.

### 📋 What does the Basic Plan (free) allow?

A tenant company with the **Basic Plan** can:

* Add users and collaborators to its company account.
* Create QR code Invites for its visitors.
* Approve or deny visitor access.

If a tenant needs more features, it can upgrade to a **Direct or Centralized Plan**.

### 🚀 What does the Direct/Centralized Plan allow?

With the **Direct/Centralized Plan**, tenant companies can:

* Personalize their account settings.
* View and generate reports for their own visits.

### 💳 Who pays for the Direct/Centralized Plan?

* **Building administrator:** Can purchase the **Centralized Plan** for its tenant companies in the **Companies > Manage Plans** section.
* **Tenant companies:** Can purchase the **Direct Plan** themselves from their own accounts.
