# LobbyFix Devices and Apps

LobbyFix works on any device with an internet connection, including smartphones, tablets, iPads, laptops, and computers.

### Should I Use the Mobile App or the Web Version?

The **LobbyFix Host App** is designed exclusively for hosts. It allows them to receive visit notifications, approve or deny access, and send QR code invitations.

### Differences Between the HOST and ADMIN Mobile Apps

#### Admin App

All users can access the web version of LobbyFix at [panel.lobbyfix.com](https://panel.lobbyfix.com/) or the Android app.

From their account, they can: 

✅ Register visitors  
✅ Add and edit users  
✅ Send invites 
✅ View reports  
✅ Configure account settings

#### Host App (Android & iOS)

The **mobile apps** are for hosts ("non-administrative" employees). With the mobile app, they can: 

✅ Send invites  
✅ Approve or deny visitor access
