Importing Guests Using the Template

The bulk upload feature in LobbyFix saves time by letting you add multiple guests to an event easily and efficiently. In this article, we’ll guide you step by step on how to use this tool and optimize your event management.


✅ Step 1: Create an Invite


  1. Log in to your LobbyFix account.
  2. Go to the Invites section in the main menu.
  3. Create a new Invite.
  4. Complete the details: event title, start and end dates.


✅ Step 2: Download the template


  1. Select the Import Guests option.
  2. Download the template by clicking Download Template.


✅ Step 3: Open the template in a file editor


  1. Open the downloaded template. We recommend using Google Sheets.
  2. Fill in the required fields: Guest Name and Email Address.
  3. Save and export the file in the same .csv format.


⚠️ Each email address must be unique. Duplicate emails are not allowed.


✅ Step 4: Upload the template to LobbyFix


  1. Return to LobbyFix to the Invite creation screen.
  2. Upload the completed file.
  3. Verify that all guests have been added.
  4. Send the Invites.


❓ Frequently Asked Questions


What if I have duplicate email addresses?

If there are duplicates, you need to differentiate them. Add a plus sign (+) and the guest’s name (without spaces) before the @. Learn here how.


What if my template has errors?

LobbyFix will detect errors like missing fields or invalid formats. You’ll be notified to correct them before processing the upload.


Is there a limit to the number of guests I can upload with the template?

Yes. You can upload up to 100 guests per Invite. If you need to add more, create another Invite with the same setings, name, and time, and upload the remaining guests.
