# How To Check-in Visitors?

LobbyFix is a digital platform for visitor registration and information management. Visitors can be cheked-in in **two ways**: with a QR code or manually.

### 📲 Check-in visitors with a QR code

If the visitor has a QR code, the check-in is done by scanning it:

1. Go to the **Today's visitors** panel.
2. Select **Check-in**
3. Click **Quick QR Check-in**.
4. Point the device’s camera at the visitor’s QR code.
5. Confirm the check-in.

Once completed, the host will receive a notification by **email, WhatsApp, and the LobbyFix mobile app** to approve or reject the visit.

### ✍️ Manual visitor check-in

If the visitor does not have a QR code, their data can be captured manually:

1. Go to the **Today's visitors** panel.
2. Select **Check-in**.
3. Fill in the visitor form with the requested info.
4. Confirm the check-in.

The host will also be notified by **email, WhatsApp, and the LobbyFix mobile app** to approve or reject the visit.
