# How to Check-in a Guest with an Invite

You can scan a LobbyFix QR code with any camera-enabled device (phone, tablet, laptop, computer, or webcam) connected to the internet.

### My guest has a LobbyFix Invite with QR code. How do I scan it?

Guest check-ins are managed from the **Today's visitors** section of your LobbyFix account.

1. Go to [panel.lobbyfix.com](https://panel.lobbyfix.com), or use the Android app.
2. On the **Today's visitors** panel, select **Check-in**.
3. Click **Quick QR registration**.
4. Point your device’s camera at the guest's QR code.
5. Confirm the check-in.

💡 To speed up the process, you can enable **Auto-approval** and **Auto-check-in**.
