Getting Started with LobbyFix - STAFF

This quick guide will help you set up your account and make the most of LobbyFix from day one.

1. Add Colleagues & Employees
In the Team section, you can add unlimited users. User types include:
- Host β Sends QR Invites, approves/denies visitors. π Host User Guide
- Receptionist β Host permissions + registers visitor entries/exits. π Receptionist User Guide
- Administrator β Full access.
Each new member receives an email invitation to activate their account.

2. Personalize Your LobbyFix Experience
From the Settings section, you can:
- Update your company name, logo, and address
- Add custom fields to visitor forms
Other customization options:
- Building photo
- Google Maps link
- Personalized welcome message

3. Invite Your First Visitors / Create QR Codes
From the Invites section (web or mobile app), you can create QR code Invites. You can also send them directly from your email or WhatsApp.
- Invites are sent to the visitorβs contact info (email/WhatsApp).
- They are valid for both check-in and check-out.
- They remain valid for the scheduled period, with Β±1 hour tolerance.

4. Check-in Your First Visitors (RECEPTIONISTS)
From the Today's visitors section, check-in visitors in two ways:
- QR code:
- Go to Today's visitors > Check-in
- Click Scan QR code and point the camera at the visitorβs QR code
- Manual check-in:
- Go to Today's visitors > Check-in
- Fill out the visitor form
